Hello to all black powder rocket makers!

This list has been established to facilitate discussion among makers of BP 
rockets. It is the result of a discussion between David Sleeter, auther of 
"Amateur Rocket Motor Construction" and Dave McCue, provider of several 
email discussion lists for the rocketry community.

The forum rules allow occasional advertising by list members, as long as 
it is related to the purpose of the list. Members are expected to be civil 
to one another, we are all here to learn and share our interest and 
experiences and disagreement is to be expected. Let's just keep it 
friendly, ok?
