[BProckets] BP mix for #20 rockets

Hi Doug,
I actually have two kinds of fiberglass tubing, one in yellow with the 
distinctive glass cloth and the other is a dark red that looks like it 
is spiraled up.  In any event although they say they are 2"  the 2" is  
nominal as it is actually closer to 2.25".  My tooling is 2.00", so I 
have a bit of slack.  Fortunately I have paper tubing that is 2" ID and 
2.25" OD.  I am going to marry the one tube in the other.  The comp 
will be pressed with a hydraulic press so the combination of the two 
tubes should work.
