[BProckets] end burning vs core burning

It is a personal opinion, but I think that there is more craftsmanship in a good blackpowder rocket, compared to a whistle. Whistle is more dramatic, but there is just something about a good black powder rocket.

  I have to admit 90% of the rockets ive seen go off are wistle/strobe  but the few BP ive seen i like..just something about the sound i love.
